Huyu Hajui Kitu, Hana Kitu! Heard In-law Telling Wife

It is not easy to be married. No matter how much you love your mate, there are moments when invisible forces start to tear you apart. This is what I discovered the hard way. Patrick is my name. Nairobi’s Embakasi is where I live and work. I dated my wife, Carol, for over two years before we were married four years ago. Our marriage was lovely at first. We supported one another, travelled, and laughed. She was my greatest blessing and dearest friend.

However, things started to shift somewhere along the line. There were brief disagreements at first, followed by extended silences. She becomes aloof, frigid, and easily agitated. I put the blame on life’s pressures, job, and stress. I was unaware that there was more going on behind my back.
