Business stopped near Kondele Roundabout on Thursday, July 31, 2025, when a young man shouted for help from a window of a well-known budget hotel. This strange event shocked many people and started around 8 AM. It turned into a strange situation that lasted almost five hours. Workers at the hotel said that the man, who looked to be in his early thirties, checked in with a woman early in the morning.
They seemed happy and even joked with the receptionist. But around noon, other guests heard unusual noises and loud banging from one of the upstairs rooms. A staff member from housekeeping was one of the first to check on the noise. “At first, we thought they were just arguing. But then we heard the man yelling for help.
