TikToker Exposes Sleeping with CEO, HR, and CEO Friend to Keep Job -Amko Properties

A Kenyan TikToker known only as @ka.wanjohi11 has set the internet on fire after posting a 7-part video series confessing that she slept with her company CEO, the married Head of HR, and later a close friend of the CEO in a desperate bid to secure and retain her job at Nairobi-based real estate firm AMKO Properties, only to be fired years later.

The 28-year-old, who joined AMKO Properties in September 2020 as a sales executive, says the “union games” started in early 2021 during a company team-building retreat in Naivasha.

In the videos viewed more than a million times combined, she claims the CEO initiated a physical relationship with promises of rapid promotion, followed by the Head of Human Resources, a well-known LinkedIn preacher on mental health and workplace ethics who is married with three children, joining the arrangement to “keep things quiet”.

“I thought if I kept everyone happy, my job was safe. By 2022 I was literally rotating bedrooms just to make sure I still had a desk on Monday,” she says in part three, showing alleged WhatsApp screenshots and hotel receipts from Sarova Woodlands and Enashipai Resort.

She further claims the CEO’s childhood friend, also a senior manager at the firm, was brought in as “backup” when the first two started arguing over schedules.

The saga took a dramatic turn in August 2025 when the company abruptly terminated her contract, citing “gross misconduct and poor performance”. Furious, @ka.wanjohi11 began leaking intimate photos, voice notes and even a short bedroom clip that she says shows the three men in the same frame at different times. She tagged AMKO Properties directly and used the trending sound “When keeping it professional goes wrong.”

The Head of HR, whose public LinkedIn profile is filled with posts about “protecting mental health at work” and “ethical leadership”, suddenly went private on all platforms within hours of the videos surfacing.

Career coaches and women’s groups used the moment to warn young employees. Popular career influencer Cynthia Nyamai said, “Sleeping your way to the top only works until someone else sleeps harder.

Protect your reputation; it’s the only CV that never gets deleted.” Thousands of comments agreed, sharing stories of being blacklisted across Nairobi’s tight real-estate circle after similar scandals.

However, several former female employees privately reached out to @ka.wanjohi11, claiming similar experiences, while male staff created anonymous accounts defending the executives as “victims of entrapment”.

As of this evening, @ka.wanjohi11 has gained 24,000 new followers in 48 hours and is teasing a live session titled “How to survive Nairobi corporate beds, I mean boards.” Whether the saga ends in lawsuits, settlements or just more tea, one lesson is ringing loud across East Africa: workplace romance in Kenyan offices can promote you quickly, but the exit package is always messy.
