(Video) Kenyan Ssenga Harriet Scott Advises Women to Explore threesome

Popular online relationship coach Harriet Scott Achieng, widely known as Kenyan Ssenga, has sparked heated debate after posting a bold 12-minute video telling young women who are curious about group intimacy that they should begin with a threesome involving trusted friends instead of jumping straight into four, five, or six-somes. You can watch the video here.

The 29-year-old content creator, who shot to nationwide fame few years ago when her private foursome video leaked on Telegram and X, spoke candidly in the new clip.

“Usiogope. Kama una hamu ya kujaribu wanaume wawili au zaidi, usianze na four au five. Anza na threesome na marafiki wawili ambao mnaaminiana. Mkielewana vizuri, hamtakuwa na woga, na kila mtu atapata raha bila stress,” she advised young women.

Harriet explained that starting with close friends reduces performance anxiety and jealousy. “Mkiwa marafiki, mnaweza kuongea wazi. Unaweza sema ‘wewe ingia hapa, wewe shikilia hapa’ bila aibu. Ndio maana threesome ni best training ground before you level up,” she added with a laugh.

The self-styled “sex educator of Gen Z” went on to share practical tips: always use protection for every partner, agree on safe words, keep alcohol minimal to stay in control, and choose a neutral location like a hotel instead of someone’s house. She also stressed the importance of aftercare, saying everyone should cuddle and check on each other emotionally once the session ends.

Within hours the video had been viewed a million times on TikTok and X and downloaded from linked Telegram channels. Hundreds of women flooded her DMs thanking her for the “honest and fearless” guidance, while others called her a bad influence on morals.

Relationship therapist Mary Wangari criticised the advice, saying it normalises risky behaviour that can lead to STIs, unplanned pregnancy and emotional trauma. “Group sex is not a sport you train for like football. These are human hearts and bodies we are talking about,” she said.

Meanwhile, Harriet appears unfazed by the backlash. In a follow-up post at midnight she wrote: “I started exploring at 24, and I have never been happier or more confident and in control of my body. I only teach what I know works. If you don’t like it, scroll. If you want to learn, stay.”

Will Kenyan Ssenga release a paid “Masterclass in Group Pleasure” before Valentine’s Day 2026, with “Yes” currently trading as the heavy favourite? One thing is certain: Harriet Scott Achieng has turned her leaked video scandal into the fastest-growing adult education brand in East Africa almost overnight.
