Police in Kilifi tightens security over an alleged squad and a group of women who are preparing to cause mayhem tomorrow at the Team Embrace rally.
However, Police are investigating a Kilifi Mp and three MCAs who they are alleged for financing a group to disrupt the Team Embrace rally at Karisa Maitha grounds.
A lobby group in Kilifi wants the suspected leaders to be investigated and arrested.
From our sources the said MCA's are from Kilifi-North and Kaloleni. However, the matter is under investigation and the security details argued to hide the names until the investigation is over.
" We are absolutely sure the Team embrace chapter tomorrow will be successful. We need support from everyone, " said former Women Representative candidate Juliet Riziki.
" We have prepared for this long-awaited day, it's a long journey to reach where we are. I believe by empowering a woman or a youth is equivalent to empowering the future, " she added.
The Police in Kilifi assured of security in the rally. Residents have been advised to provide any information that may impede their safety.
