Somali clash with Amhara in Ethiopia. The Somali community had destroyed properties if Amhara later revenged. 

Police had to use live ammunition to tackle the Somalis who were heavily armed.

Angry protesters have taken to the streets of Jigjiga, the Somali Regional State in Ethiopia, denouncing the recent destruction of several mosques in the Amhara Regional State.

According to reports,   the security forces used teargas and live ammunition to protect two churches in Jigjiga, after rowdy protesters attempted to destroy them in a revenge mission.

Several businesses owned by the Amhara community were vandalized.
