Suna West businesslady has been arrested for sleeping with a class eight pupil. She has been defiling the minor for over two years.
The 42-year-old lady implicated of defiling a Class 8 pupil while luring him with Sh 100 or Sh 200 in every act.
The suspect was found with the 14-year-old boy at her home in Nyamaraga, Suna West Sub County on Saturday evening ready for heat after supper.
Area Assistant Chief Evance Nyarube said he got a report from angry residents who lamented about her alleged relationship with the teen.
According to the administrator, the boy’s parents had regularly advised the two against having an affair but their requests fell on deaf ears.
The administrator continued that prior inquiries discovered that the woman mentioned that she planned to marry the teenager.
He iterated that defilement is a crime asserting that the suspect will face the law.
She is expected to appear before a Migori court on Monday.
“A person who commits an offence of defilement with a child between the age of 12 and 15 years is liable upon conviction to imprisonment for a term of not less than 20 years,” the Offenses Act reads.
