Msambweni by-election Omar Boga(Handshake) and Feisal Bader(Tangatanga) ready for supremacy

Msambweni Constituency, Kwale, by-election campaigns ended waiting for the Wednesday poll.

The battle will be between two contestants from ODM Omar Boga and Independent candidate Feisal Bader. 

President Uhuru Kenyatta and ODM leader Raila Odinga last week campaigned for their candidate Omar Boga. 

Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho, Suna East MP Junet Mohamed, Minority leader John Mbadi and Kilifi Governor Amason Kingi lead Omar Boga campaigns. 

" As a progressive society, we need to choose a visionary leader who will bring development, " Nyali MP Mohamed Ali said.

Feisal camp has former Kakamega Senator Bonny Khalwale, Former Mombasa Senator Omar Hassan, Kwale Governor Salim Mvurya, Nyali MP Mohammed Ali among others.


Omar Boga tried award post but failed. He later contested with the late Suleiman Dori and lost.

The contest will be the third trial for Omar Boga.

Another third contestant is from the wiper party.

" Meeting various leaders and constituents from across Msambweni Constituency as we drum up support for our Wiper Party Candidate Sheikh Mahmoud Abdurahman, " Wiper leader Kalonzo Musyoka spoke during the visit at Msambweni.
