Police officers arrest rogue police officer John Ouko for sodomizing 20-year-old Kelvin Chege who is a student at Eldoret National Polytechnic.
Ouko arrested Chege for not wearing a face mask, sodomized him at his house then gave him Ksh 200 and threatened him that he would kill him if he dares report.
However, the victim went on and reported the matter at Langas Police Station in Eldoret town where the rogue police officer is assigned.
Explained by the victim, Ouko forcefully led him to his house within the police station when he arrested him rather taking him to the station.
Once in the house, the gay cop overwhelmed the young victim and assaulted him on his bed.
Ouko cleared the 20-year-old student after he was done sodomizing him. He gave him Ksh 200 and compelled him not to speak with anyone about the ordeal.
The fearless victim nonetheless walked to Langas Police Station where he reported the matter under OB number 33/14/07/2021.
“Sodomy incident report/ Arrest of a police officer. Refer to my OB 33/14/07/2021 it was reported by Kelvin Chege, Kikuyu male adult aged 20 years old and a student at Eldoret National Polytechnics that today at around 1630hrs a police officer stationed at langas police police station namely No.92112 PC John Ouko arrested him for not putting on mask and handcuffed him and diverted him into his room within police quarters and sodomised him and there after gave him ksh.200/- telling him not to disclose the matter to anybody. The reportee launched the report and the suspect arrested. The victim was escorted to MTRH for medical examination. Case PUI,” police report read.
The victim was taken to Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital in Eldoret for a medical examination as police arrested Ouko and began a probe into the shocking incident.
