Ex-Kiss 100 presenter Lynda Nyangweso says she is LGBTQ despite being married

Lynda Nyangweso, who used to work as a radio host, has come out as bis£xual. This means that she has feelings for both men and women.

Despite the fact that she was married to a man, the former host of Kiss 100 said on her Instagram Stories that she was bis£xual.

The media celebrity said that the reason she chose not to reveal the information was the fact that she is married.

In addition, Nyangweso stood up for the freedoms of LGBTQ individuals, arguing that people who are recognised in this way should be granted the same amount of respect as everyone else.

"As a bis£xual woman who is married to a man, I've not had to actually "come out" because of my relationship, but now is not the time to be coy about my orientation. The rights of LGBTI people are human rights. I'll say that again. The rights of LGBTI people are human rights. Without a shadow of a doubt, "she had written.

The young woman on the radio also voiced her opposition to the anti-LGBTQ law that was just recently approved in Uganda.

She said she was worried that Kenya's national leaders might be persuaded to go the same way as Uganda's after national leaders disagreed with the Supreme Court's decision on LGBTQ issues.

After a ruling by the highest court, individuals of the LGBTQ community were granted permission to legally establish their own organisation as a separate entity.

"What's going on in Uganda should worry us here in Kenya. It is foolish to believe that one of the few nasty goals that unite the government and the opposition won't result in hate legislation in this country given how severely LGBTQ rights have already been undermined."
