Photos of her began to trend on Tuesday night after being first shared by Edgar Obare on his platform.

Millicent Omanga and Jackline Lukalo Mwenesi exemplify the "Age of Decadence", a period in the decline of a civilization or society. Moral and cultural values deteriorate, corruption and decadence become widespread, and there's a loss of faith in institutions and leaders of the society.

The "Age of Decadence" describes various historical periods, such as the decline of the Roman Empire in the 5th century, the decline of the Ottoman Empire in the 19th century, and the decline of the British Empire in the early 20th century.

In the context of modern Kenyan society, we can use the term to describe the current era and factors such as the erosion of traditional values, the breakdown of family and community structures, the rise of consumerism and materialism, and the corruption of political and economic institutions.

KOT had different opinions, with enthusiasts saying, "Out goes CAS Millicent Omanga, in comes CAS Jackline Mwenesi Lukalo. Hii wiki ni waheshimiwa back to back."

Nairobi court authorised the detention of a man convicted of demanding cash from a female lawmaker over purportedly bare body images in March 2022.

According to reports, Tyson Wabuti Emitekho texted and emailed Jackline Mwenesi Lukalo inappropriate images before requesting money.

Mwenesi, who was running as the UDA party's candidate for the Vihiga County Woman Representative seat, reportedly handed the person in question a total of Sh42,000 out of concern for her reputation.

In order to complete its probes, the Directorate of Criminal Investigations (DCI) submitted a miscellaneous appeal to the Milimani law courts, asking to hold Wabuti in the Muthaiga police station for four days. Magistrate Jane Kamau, however, issued directives for three days.

The court learned that Wabuti threatened to publish supposed pictures of herself and Mwenesi with young males in order to extort money from her.

"The complainant displayed to me the naughty pictures the respondent had sent her on Twitter and WhatsApp. The response went on to make a monetary demand. The complainant paid the respondent Sh5,000 and an additional Sh37,000 in cash out of nervousness about being found out," DCI officer John Kamitu said before the court.

According to Kamitu, Mwenesi contacted the DCI after becoming weary of the protracted blackmail game.

Wabuti, who was detained by DCI officers on March 19, 2022, was accused of violating Section 299 of the Penal Code by requesting money via intimidation.
