State spokesman Isaac Mwaura reported on Wednesday, May 8, that a helicopter carrying him and Kenya Red Cross officials made a life-saving landing in Kiambu after flying from Kisumu Airport.
A statement claims that the people on board were unhurt. The pilot's well-being and weather changes forced the landing in Kikuyu, Kiambu County.
Mwaura claimed that the helicopter's poor vision due to bad weather prevented it from continuing the voyage.
All passengers were unharmed during an unexpected touchdown, according to a government spokesperson.
