Former IEBC Chairman Issack Hassan maintains low profile despite being appointed by President Uhuru Kenyatta as the Chairperson of the Board of the Kenya Industrial Property Institute.
Ex-IEBC is in and out of the hospital which his critics say he is suffering from Cancer.
The EX-IEBC boss has been to the UK and India for diagnosis. It is still unknown but believed to have infected by Cancer.
That adds up from the 63 legislatures, 5 other powerful politicians and more than 20 powerful businessmen and heads of corporate bodies.
The government has been urged to declare cancer as a national disaster. The government is now forced to build cancer centres in Kenya as the number of cancer patients grows.
