Caroline Wanjiku Njoroge fined Ksh 300,000 after receiving Ksh. 5000 bribe – EACC

Ethics and Anti-corruption commission convicts an attorney worker for soliciting a bribe. The commission said it has heightened the fight against corruption in public offices.

The Anti-Corruption Court in Nairobi fines Caroline Wanjiku Njoroge, an employee of the Attorney General’s Office, Kshs300,000 for receiving a bribe of Ksh5,000 from a widow as an inducement to process savings of her late husband.
