A Kenyan resorted to digital networking to inquire about Safaricom’s Sim card replacement. He spoke in Shembeteng, a new language.

“Hello Safarimbiticom, nimbitiko na shimbitida kidombotogo. Mtu akitambataka kureplambatace simcard huembetenda wambatapi?” Ray Rash.
The question should have been dismissed by the Safaricom social media administrator.
He did, however, receive his response, and it was in Shembeteng.
“Embetende dumbutuka yoyombotote yembetetu na ID yambatako Ray,” Safaricom admin MZ replied.
