Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka mocked for his ruling about the removal of the majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen and majority whip Susan Kihika.
“It is the Sh 100,000 wheelbarrow ruling, ” a section of Kenyans said.
“Mr Speaker, this is not your decision. You made this decision under duress and undue influence and I am sorry you had to do it. Thank you, ” the ousted majority leader Kipchumba Murkomen said.

Senate Speaker Ken Lusaka has confirmed that indeed 20 senators attended Parliamentary General meeting at State House and the meeting was legal.
“The people shouting Wheelbarrow ruling are the same people who jubilantly voted for Ken Lusaka to be the Senate speaker very much aware of his Wheelbarrow scandal. They never cared then. Today they want us to care,” deputy Jubilee leader David Murathe
