Jimi Wanjigi, a businessman and former presidential candidate, has said that his life is in jeopardy after those who remain unknown allegedly poured blood at his gate on Saturday evening.
Wanjigi claims that a grey pickup truck pulled up to his gate, where two males wearing masks alighted and scattered the blood before driving away.
“They are attempting to tell me that they can spill my blood,” Wanjigi said on Sunday while addressing the press.

“They are pouring the blood of an animal that we do not know outside of my home.”
The businessman continued by claiming that he always leaves his home under surveillance.
He added that a parked car outside his house had disrupted all signals, leaving him and his family unable to use their phones or even watch television.
There has been a car parked outside my gate for the last 27 days, which has caused the network to become obstructed. In addition, we are unable to use our phones or watch television.
Two automobiles follow me on the road every single day.
“When I make a reservation at a restaurant, they show up. A few days ago, they stopped an automobile that they believed contained me inside it. According to Wanjigi, the same cars that spewed blood the night before did it again.
President William Ruto was the target of his bare-knuckle assault, during which he accused him of being the cause of his difficulties.
Wanjigi has stated that he will not allow any form of intimidation to divert him from his criticism of his government and his call for improved governance.
“You’re not going to get ahead if you oppress us. No matter what William Ruto does, we are not going to let him threaten us. We are going to lose our independence if William Ruto gets his way.
“Your time on earth is at an end. Your validity has been removed.”
According to him, “Kenyans gave a resounding vote of no confidence in the administration of Deputy President William Ruto on June 25, 2024.”
