Yvonne Chaka Chaka deported back to South Africa from Uganda for lack of work performing permit

Old and popular South African artist Yvonne Chaka Chaka - Princess of Africa Deported back to South Africa from Uganda. 

The Ugandan immigration deported Mrs. Yvonne citing the Ugandan law breach. She was to perform in one of the popular hotels in Kampala during new year celebrations. 

The Ugandan government accused the Artist of performing in the capital without a work permit.

"Singing and then paid is working. Ugandan laws need everyone who works to have a work permit even if it's a single day work. " a statement from the immigration read.

Yvonne is among the artists who were to perform alongside Ugandan star Jose Chameleon. 

Police spokesperson, Mr. Fred Enanga, confirmed Chaka Chaka's deportation, saying she only had an ordinary visa.
