Marseille appoints Javier Ribalta as new sporting director, Allegri denies Monaco deal

Javier Ribalta is one step away from joining Olympique Marseille as the new sports director. He’s gonna work with Pablo Longoria. 

The contract could be signed this week – Ribalta left Parma after experiences at Manchester United and Zenit St Petersburg.

Massimiliano Allegri was in Monaco today with PSG director Campos. But it was a ‘friendly meeting’ – as Allegri doesn’t plan to leave Juventus, he’s staying with Pogba as the first signing. 

Allegri and Campos are good friends.

They were close to joining Real Madrid one year ago.

It is Official. Scott Carson has signed a one-year extension to his contract with Manchester City, keeping him at the club until the summer of 2023 – a statement confirms.

Carson’s extension was approved by Pep Guardiola.
