Reactions against President William Ruto’s loyalists have continued since Deputy President Rigathi Gachagua attempts to be removed from office.
The most recent Kenya Kwanza leader to encounter hostility is Moses Kuria, a former cabinet secretary for public service and now an advisor.
Mugithi’s young protégé, Tony Young, cruelly taunted Kuria during the “MBECA” premiere on Saturday, October 12, at SNL Lounge in Githurai 44.
The organizers called Kuria to speak on stage, and the agitated attendees turned aggressive.
The fervent audience chanted Gachagua’s moniker, Riggy G, in the now viral web video, as they heckled Kuria.
Kuria, the president’s current economic advisor, had to end his speech when the determined audience began chanting anti-Ruto phrases.

The audience chanted “Ruto must go” until the former CS interrupted himself.
In other news, on Friday, October 11, while attending a burial in Bibilioni hamlet, Bahati Constituency, Governor Susan Kihika encountered an antagonistic gathering.
In a show of anger, mourners greeted the county head and forbade her from reading Ruto’s sympathy letter in memory of the late Henry Gachie, the brother of Bahati MP Irene Njoki.
Kihika’s struggles align with the intense discussion surrounding Gachagua’s impeachment, which has stirred emotions among voters in Mount Kenya.
However, the funeral service quickly became a platform to criticize the Kenya Kwanza government and its officials.
Smoothly delivering her address, Kihika attempted to transmit the president’s message, but loud jeers and boos drowned her out, indicating rising dissatisfaction among the grassroots.
Kihika struggled to be heard, telling the impatient audience that Ruto’s message was meant for the bereaved family, but more jeers were directed towards her.
