Mr Phillip Opon, 46, commits suicide over Sh 40,000 loan default at Achego village in Muhoroni, Kisumu County.
Mr Phillip Opon hanged himself after his Boda Boda seized after he failed to clear his debt.
Mr Phillip Opon, who is Boda Boda rider, executed himself inside his house two days after losing his Motorbike.
His brother Mr David Opon says the creditors ambushed him at Achego area where he was operating and took back the motorcycle.
His brother was shocked by the event and decided to commit suicide.
The deceased ousted his wife before locking himself in the house and taking his own life.
The body of the deceased is at Ahero Sub-county Hospital mortuary.
