German embassy boosts DCI with intelligence equipment in fighting criminals -DCI Boss Kinoti

DCI receives a boost in fighting criminals after getting assorted equipment from Germany.

Information and Communication Technology CS Joe Mucheru graced the handover event of an assortment of forensic investigations equipment donated to the DCI by the Federal Republic of Germany through its embassy in Kenya.

The DCI Director George Kinoti offered the assurances of DCI’s gratitude to the German Cooperation, applauding the constant partnerships in battling crime which was relevant in the consolidation of watertight cases.

Mr Wimmer praised the DCI’s unrelenting efforts in frustrating criminal muscles, branding today’s occasion as the beginning of a hard time for criminal syndicates in the country.

The CS later presided over the launch of the Crime Journalists Association of Kenya (CJAK), which took its venue to DCI grounds.
