Social media influencer Rachel Otuoma has urged TikTok users to maintain harmony and stop mentioning her late husband in their disputes.
Rachel shared the news of her husband, Ezekiel, passing on her birthday. He was a former AFC football player who fought against ALS for several years.
The reason Rachel Otuoma is calling for peace among TikTok users is that she recently welcomed a group of prominent TikTok personalities to her home, including Baba Talisha, Jonte, and MC Chris.
During a live session on TikTok, she requested tranquillity as she prepared to lay her husband to rest, reminding online users that her husband wasn’t involved in TikTok and that he was a proponent of peace.
Rachel expressed:
“I simply ask that we allow Otuoma to rest in peace. My sole desire is to see him laid to rest peacefully. I cannot come on TikTok to explain myself. All I want is for him to be buried without disturbance.
“The TikTok community should recognize that Otuoma was a football player, and organizations and teams are working to support him. We should avoid conflicts where none exist. I am the TikToker; Otuoma wasn’t active on TikTok, so let’s show him the respect he deserves as a legend so he can be buried honourably. He was not a person of conflict; he was a lover of peace.”
She further stated that her wish is to see her husband interred peacefully and affirmed that she holds no animosity toward his family.
A Kenyan TikToker residing in the United States expressed her willingness to extend an invitation to the widowed influencer to visit America.
Aluoch commended Rachel for her strength in caring for her ill husband and indicated that she should consider relocating abroad.
Aluoch also mentioned that she would draft an invitation for her and host her, outlining the opportunities that await the social media influencer.
